VINIFICATION: The different varieties are vinified separately. The bunches are selected and undergo a pre-fermentation cold maceration, followed by alcoholic fermentation at 27º–28ºC for a period determined by enological tastings. Malolactic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks prior to racking the new wine to barrels. TASTING NOTES: Color: Deep ruby red with bright violet nuances. Aromas: Complex and very fruity with light notes of coffee, licorice, and a touch of blackcurrant. Flavors: Flavorful with well-structured tannins and a lingering finish. BEST CONSUMED: Beginning three months from bottling. WINEMAKER: Johana Pereira.
