Palate A charming dessert style in the tradition of classic late harvest Semillon. Candied lemon, lychee and honeycomb flavours on long and luscious palate woven with lively acidity and lingering toffee notes.
Serve Lightly chilled 8-12°C Cellar Medium term cellaring potential, peak drinking now, up to year 2025.

Vineyard 100% Estate grown Semillon from the rich loams of Siegersdorfvineyard in the heart of Barossa Valley. Altitude 250-270m Season A long, cool season giving life to wines of perfume and elegance. Outstanding ripening conditions for intense colour and layering of flavour. Superb fruit quality showing excellent depth and concentration.
Winemaking Late harvested to attain high concentration and sugar levels. Crushed, destemmedand cool fermented in stainless steel to achieve sugar and acidity balance and preserve primary fruit and perfume. Racked off lees, chilled and cold stabilised. Fined and filtered before bottling while young and fresh.
Maturation Matured in bottle to develop toasty, nutty complexity.
