Unlitro is a blend of 80 percent Alicante Nero (Grenache) and 20 percent Carignan. The grapes are sourced from vineyards at 200 to 350 meters above sea level. The grapes are harvested and vinified separately. A small part of the harvest undergoes carbonic maceration, the rest is either done whole berry or crushed. Macerations take five to seven days and the final blend is aged for six months in cement tanks. Unlitro is presented in a one-liter bottle without capsule. The wine is unfined and unfiltered.
