Cuvée Pink Frizzante Riondo Italy (With Screw Cap)
Sparkling Rose, Italy
This medium dry, light sparkling Rosé is predominantly made from Merlot, with a small amount of other local grape varieties. Produced in the Charmat method, the wine goes through a brief re-fermentation in pressurized stainless-steel tanks before bottling. Cuvee 20 contains 20 grams per liter of residual sugar.
Frizzante has between 2.5 and 3.5 bars of atmospheric pressure in the bottle, thus offering very gentle bubbles compared to Spumante, which has 5 to 6 bars of atmospheric pressure.
