Swiss HH Grated Cheese Fondue Tradition

We grate and mix the cheese from by us imported 30 % Vacherin Fribourgois, 30 % Gruyere, 20 % Emmental cheeses, 20 % Appenzeller and or Red Witch,   vacuum packed.

Vacuum bag contains only grated cheese (you need to use your own wine, Kirsch, and starch as per your recipe)

For 2 people you need at least 400 g
