(Bergkäse) mountain cheese with a taste and character like no other, intense, creamy, with a superior finish.
The cheese is from the mountains way up in the Emme Valley, the original region of Emmental.
The cheese had been matured not too cold with high humidity for 12 months.
After the cheese received the red wine—brine's affinage, the Red Nose Gold was born, a real mountain cheese with spicy and creamy characteristics, and with a red wine hint.
