Palate Hallmark Barossa Shiraz of characteristic power and opulence. Succulent raspberry and plum flavours on a long and generous palate layered with chocolate. Great richness and depth in the Barossa tradition with firm, gravelly tannins.

Winemaking Minimal intervention, destemmedand fermented on skins for 7 days with pump overs twice daily. Handcrafted in small parcels to exacting quality standards in our state of the art winemaking facility. Malolacticfermentation and maturation in barrel. Blended and lightly filtered before bottling. Maturation 12 months in new and seasoned French and American oak 300L barrels. Screwcap Alcohol / Volume14.5 %
