Perfumed and inviting, with hints of savory black fruit, dried herb, caramel, and woody notes leading on to toasted vanilla, cocoa, bright acidity, and velvety, silky tannins on the palate.

Appearance Deep purple with a dense, dark core. Aroma / Bouquet Fragrant aromatics of raspberry, cherry, and vanilla.

Palate Hallmark Barossa Shiraz of characteristic power and opulence. Succulent raspberry and plum flavors on a long and generous palate layered with chocolate. Great richness and depth in the Barossa tradition with a firm, gravelly tannins.

Vineyard 100% Estate grown Shiraz from the rich loams of Siegersdorf vineyard in the heart of Barossa Valley. Altitude 250-270m

Season Along Summer season saw beautiful ripening in the Barossa. Wines show excellent quality and fruitfulness with powerful foundations.

Winemaking Minimal intervention, destemmed and fermented on skins for 7 days with pump-overs twice daily. Handcrafted in small parcels to exacting quality standards in our state of the art winemaking facility. Malolactic fermentation and maturation in barrel. Blended and lightly filtered before bottling. Maturation 12 months in new and seasoned French and American oak 300L barrels. Screwcap Alcohol / Volume 14.5 %
