An intense lime drive. A little texture across the palate, and a long, refined finish. Aromatics of mandarin and pear, wrapped in the citrus structure. Will age well.
Excellent fruit concentration and acid balance on show in the wines.
Food pairing
Natural oysters, grilled fish, and scallops. A natural match to spices, and soft goat's milk cheeses.
