An emblematic Valais variety, this Petite Arvine is full of freshness and fruit, with notes of citrus and rhubarb yet no hint of sweetness. The attack of the palate is creamy and generous while remaining lively, and the saline finish calls for another glass, with no heaviness or alcoholic warmth. Its delightful acidity makes it a lovely partner for raw or smoked fish, and it is wonderful with oysters. A pleasure from today, though its structure gives it an aging potential of more than 10 years.
